Daithí Mac Gabhann is a Belfast toddler who needs a new heart. He was born with Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome and has underwent several operations since he was born, but now a heart transplant is his only option. His parents are urging more people to sign themselves and their families onto the organ donor register. Watch Here
