A West Belfast dad has filmed a powerful video message on organ donation as his son marks nine months waiting for a heart transplant. Máirtín MacGabhann, whose son Dáithí is awaiting a heart transplant, created the film to urge families to talk about organ donation and raise awareness so more people sign up to the register.
